Following last month’s successful launch, Health is Primary is now preparing to take the campaign on the road. In 2015 we will be traveling to five cities across the country to engage local health advocates, employers and community leaders to showcase innovative community-level initiatives in primary care. We are excited to unveil our city tour schedule where we will convene prominent thought leaders who are working locally to make health primary. In 2015, we will visit:
