How to Dilute Urine for a Drug Test

Introduction

Dilution is an appropriate and effective approach for beating a urine drug test. It works by diluting toxins, such as THC and other drug residues, within the urine and body. One approach to dilution involves consuming a detox drink or your own mixture with roughly 20 oz of fluid, a dose of creatine, b-vitamins, and maybe an added zinc supplement sixty minutes prior to the test.  Zinc supplements can help to reduce the test’s sensitivity further. You should urinate a couple of times before taking your test.

If these dilution options aren’t possible, you should try Quick Fix Synthetic Urine or perhaps Klear or Whizzes which are adulterants. In this article, we will explore topics such as how to pass a urine drug test in 24 hours naturally and the best way to pass a drug test on short notice. It’s important to be aware that in some regions it is against the law to detox in an effort to beat a test or/and to use adulterants for passing a test. These regions include some U.S. states.

How Much Water to Dilute Urine For Drug Test?

Dilution techniques for drug tests include using creatine to produce normal creatinine levels, b-vitamins, fluids, and diuretics.  We will break down the aforementioned techniques in this section.  It’s very important to avoid consuming too much water in too short a space of time when undertaking a dilution technique as this can risk water intoxication.  This can lead to hospitalization and may even prove fatal.  Water intoxication results from an imbalance of electrolytes in the body.  While taking added electrolytes in your water can help, you should still ensure either way that you do not drink too much.

Creatinine

Creatinine has been scientifically proven to be a marker for dilution.  Creatinine results from muscle metabolism and is excreted through urine.  It is the waste product of creatine.  The purpose of taking creatine during dilution is to make up for lost creatinine levels which were present in your system prior to dilution and therefore to avoid low levels of creatinine in diluted pee.  Without the consumption of creatine during a dilution-based detox, there are health risks associated as well as a danger that low creatinine levels will act as a sign that you are trying to beat the test and have given a dilute sample.  This normally cannot be prosecuted as it simply results from drinking a lot of fluid.  However, your sample will be deemed invalid and you will have to retake the test. In the given table, you can see Toxin Rid and Mega Clean.

Aspirin

There are various claims across social media that aspirin can help with dilution to pass a urinalysis test.  Based on our research, it appears that cheap and common drug testing known as the Enzyme Multiplied Immunoassay Technique (EMIT) are more vulnerable to false negatives when interacting with pee that contains aspirin.  This has been scientific knowledge since at least 1994 (Wagener, Linder, and Valdes).  The study referenced showed that aspirin added directly to the urine sample did not lead to a decline in test accuracy however ingesting a reasonable aspirin dose did have this effect.  It was the case that the higher the dose, the greater the decline in the ability of the test to pick up on drug use.  However, do not be inclined to consume large doses of aspirin as this can be very dangerous and possibly even lethal.  There are many side-effects associated with aspirin use even when taken in a normal dose  One of the most prominent risks of taking aspirin in safe doses is stomach bleeding which can lead to painful stomach ulcers.  Ensure that you take the necessary cautions when using aspirin, do not consume too much, and contact your practitioner right away if you experience any health problems.

Directions:

  1. Consume four to five 325 mg aspirins with a drink of water.
  2. Consuming more water over an extended time period during the day of the test can help achieve dilution.  Do not however drink too much water.

An aspirin dilution approach may not work for more expensive tests.

Fluids

Diuretic fluids that can help with dilution include coffee and black tea for passing a drug test naturally.  You might also consider making use of a detox drink to use with dilution such as Flush Out Detox by Champ.

Vitamins: How to Add Color to Urine For A Drug Test

Vitamins can be used to beat a drug test with dilution to effectively fake a urine drug test.  Vitamin C, as well as B6, are among the best options to employ for urine dilution with diuretic effects.  However, there aren’t many studies backing up the efficacy of Vitamin C.  Taking a B2 or B12 supplement an hour prior to the test can help to maintain a yellow color in your pee which is important to avoid raising suspicions among the testers.  It’s also beneficial to take vitamins as it can help to establish a urine sample that appears as natural as possible. Also, you may use ready-to-drink pills, such as Toxin Rid . They often contain vitamins among it components.

How to Beat a Drug Test

As opposed to diluting without a detox product, you can allow your body to naturally detox which will eventually get all drugs and their residues out of your system.  Simply abstain from 2 weeks to 1 month if you have used cannabis. This can be effective for blood, saliva (for oral test), and urine drug tests alike.  However, it’s not a suitable approach to beating a hair follicle test since drug toxins can remain in your hair for 3 months or more.  If you have a hair drug test, it can take 3 months of abstinence to test clean unless you use the Macujo or Jerry G Methods.

Here is a breakdown of how long you will need to abstain for different types of drugs. Keep reading FMA Health to get know more about it:

[3]

The majority of hard, potent drugs leave your body in a few days to a week.  Marijuana may stay in your system for 30 days or longer.  All drugs can remain detectable in your hair follicles for perhaps 90 days since the test involves only the 1.5 inches of hair nearest to the scalp.  Hair grows roughly 0.5 inches a month and as a result, the 1.5 inches of growth will cover about a three-month timeframe during which the metabolites from the drugs can deposit in the hair follicle and remain detectable.  The detection window also varies depending on how much and how often an individual smokes.  The more you smoke, the longer it will take before drugs are no longer detectable.

Diluted Meaning: What is a Diluted Urine Sample?

When it comes to beating a drug test, a diluted urine sample may mean one of two things:

  1. A sample that has been flagged as dilute by testers.  You want to avoid this of course.  This is when the testers have analyzed the urine sample and looked at its creatinine content, electrolyte levels, and color and have concluded that the sample has been diluted.  This will either cause your test to fail or more than likely you will be asked to retake the test.
  2. A sample that has been diluted but which was successfully concealed drug use and does not appear diluted to the testers.  This is the outcome you want.

We will now discuss what happens in each option in more detail.

A sample could be flagged as dilute if its creatinine levels are 5 mg/dL or greater or alternatively that they are less than 20g/dL, as well as having a specific gravity which is less than 1.0010 or greater than 1.0200.  This might happen if you’ve drunk plenty of water which could be intentional but it’s also possible that this might be accidental hence this is partly why in many cases a dilute sample of this kind can lead to a retest.  An employer who gets a negative dilute result from you may ask for a new test or instead decide that the result is fine.  Perhaps they don’t want the expense of another test.  If you are asked to retake the test, of course, you’d need to dilute again but on your second attempt, you’d want to ensure that the exact gravity and creatinine levels are right by taking b-vitamins, a sufficient but not unsafe dose of creatine and then adding a small dash of salt to your drink.  If you have a diluted sample that has come up positive then you’ll miss out on an employment opportunity.  A positive diluted urine drug test for probation could land you in jail.  You want to get a negative sample that has also not been flagged as dilute which will lead to drug test dilution success.

Conclusion

Dilution has good efficacy in beating a drug test although the timing is vital.  Ensure that you’ve peed a couple of times before submitting your test sample.  You also want to maintain the natural yellow color of your urine.  You also want your piss to be watered down but still contain the right creatinine and b-vitamin levels.  This way you’ll make sure that your dilution and detox cannot be detected.
