It really depends on the remedy or product you are using. Some may lead to noticeably unusual electrolyte levels for example. While efforts to counterbalance any loss of electrolytes from a given product/remedy is possible, if unnatural levels of electrolytes are detected, you may have to take the test again. Many detox products/remedies involve natural ingredients however and you can expect such efforts to be undetectable.
